Meet Kristi Herlacher

As a Real Estate Agent, I'm passionate about helping people navigate the real estate journey—whether you're buying your first home, selling your last, or investing in your next big venture. With a degree in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University and years of hands-on experience buying and selling homes (including my own!), I bring both expertise and empathy to every transaction.

To me, real estate is more than just buying or selling property—it’s about people, their stories, and creating peaceful transitions through life’s many phases. From growing families and career changes to downsizing and new beginnings, I understand the emotions that often come with moving. I've lived it myself—raising four kids, helping my parents and in-laws through the downsizing process, and making big moves across states. My goal is to be your trusted guide, equipped with the right tools, up-to-date technology, and a heart for service.

Originally from Southeast Texas, I now call Tulsa home (again!). After college at ORU, my husband, Rick, and I were married and began our life in Broken Arrow. We spent 20 wonderful years in North Texas before returning to Tulsa in 2018. I’m a proud mom to four amazing kids—Katlin (& her hubby -Conner), Chloe (&her hubby -Hunter), Luke, and Jacob—and  I’m “Mimi” to two precious grandbabies (so far!). When I'm not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoors, or at one of my kiddos athletic events, or in the kitchen crafting allergy-safe meals that still taste amazing (yes, it is possible!)

From full-time mom to business and marketing professional to high school teacher (just one year—I still have paper-grading PTSD!), every path I’ve walked has prepared me for this one. I love what I do, and I’d be honored to be part of your story.
